PROJECT KEY CONTROLS
- Planning / Re-planning if any change in business model and Periodical Monitoring & Evaluation
- Implementing Corrective and Preventive Action
- Setting up an appropriate management organization
- Establishing a framework for decision-making (roles / responsibilities / authorities)
- Ensuring sufficient thorough plans are prepared and updated as necessary

FIELD CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
The field construction management group will provide the following site services:
Sign off on implementation schedules and Site QAPs with sub-contractors
Job coordination procedures and communication matrix
Hiring / Engaging of Skilled Manpower / Sub Contractors / Suppliers with relevant experience.
On Site Technical Training.
Oversight of subcontracts, including the monitoring and coordination of the work.
Field supervision to ensure that project quality and safety standards are met.
Provide the necessary supervisory and field engineering expertise, to resolve construction problems between engineering and construction.
Address on site constructability problems.
Manage licensors and suppliers to ensure installation, inspection, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Qualitative & Quantitative checks w.r.t Order / Specification upon receipt of material at site.
Site stock control, maintenance of stock records, material certification, maintenance of field material requisition records, the issue of material by work center and to subcontractors.
Handover all surplus material to Client Stores
